Resolved – That the minutes of the meeting held on 27 November 2024 be confirmed and signed by the Chairman.

The Committee were presented with proposals to grant separate 125-year leases to 2 Schools:

• St Bartholomew's C of E (C) School, Buxton Road, Longnor, Buxton
• St Leonard's C of E (A) First School, Ipstones

Resolved – That a lease of the sites set out in the Report Schedule in the standard format be approved.

The Committee were presented with details to grant a rent lease to Chase Recovery until 31st March 2029, coterminous with the Section 75 agreement.

Final terms to be delegated to the Assistant Director for Commercial and Assets to implement this decision.

Local member comments were received in support of the application.
